Heres the deal.... Go to "Your Account" in the left hand main menu.... Hit "Lost Password" in the middle near the bttom of the white box.... Enter your nickname and hit "Send Password"..... Go check your E-Mail. If you get an E-Mail you gave it the right nickname. If you don't get an E-Mail you did not give it the right Nickname or you are checking the wrong E-mail address. Open the E-Mail......Get the "Confirmation Code".....come back to the same page and enter the conformation code in the box. (I cut and paste this).... The System will E-Mail you another password..... Go check your E-Mail.....Come back to the login page and enter your Username, NEW Password and security code.....You are in. This sounds like a lot to do but it is not really. The reasoning behind the double e-mail is the make it hard for someone to "Sniff" it. Once you have been through this process once or twice....it takes about 1-2 mins to complete it. Dave
