| Followed Lenco troubleshooting guide online. Disconnected wire harness at the actuator. Put a 12 volt battery directly to wires and no movement, no humming. Wire connectors got warm quick. | |

| Problem solved. Power cord had corrosion at the connector. Tried to clean it without success. West Marine had a new cord for $20. Works like it is supposed to now. Thanks for the help guys. | |
