You said you ran the valves, did you also adjust them?
Also here's a link to a simple diagram of the choke and coil wiring. Make sure its wired correctly.

Found this liquid a few years back - a-hole mole that was a concentrate to mix in a pump sprayer with water. Worked really well. Think I bought it on-line.
