On June 2nd, 2009 Captain Keith Logan of Standing Down Charters of Holden Beach NC had a charter of 6 from the Seacoast Anglers Association of Long, SC. A steady Mahi bite throughout the day produced numerous fish within the 15-25lb range. Green/Yellow Pirate Plugs with cigar minnows were the Mahi’s choice of the day. A mid 30lb Wahoo fell for a Black/Purple Bluewater Candy Jaghead. Good bottom structure produced Triggerfish, Black Bass, and an undersized American Red. Of course the day would not be complete without the Amberjack showing up to spoil the party. The seas were calm and the ride was pleasant. A great day was had by all…
