We had a very good customer that chartered the boat by his self today; Mr. Jeff Reid flew in from Michigan and we only had 1 day to make it happen. Well of course the SW Wind was honking and it was rough as a cobb but we bit the bullet and went for it anyway. We finally caught a livewell full of pogies and made way to the Horse Shoe. We set the lines and started picking slowly at the Kings and Dolphin. We tried to set up on some bottom fish but between the current and the wind it was almost impossible, so we re-deployed the top water gear and the bite finally turned on and we made a pretty great trip out of a very tough day.
