if you spend just 30 minutes netting around low tide, you can get yourself more than enough to use for the day

If you can throw a cast net run up the river and cast right up beside the grass. You will find all the shrimp you need. Try the creeks too. Throw your net into the grass, just make sre there are no oyster rocks where you are throwing.
