ON SAT. WE HAD MIKE MARTIN FROM CHARLOTTE NC. AREA AND SON AND FRIEND AND HIS SON. MIKE HAS FISHED WITH ME FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND ALWAYS COMES IN NOV WHEN THE KINGS ARE SCHOOLING. WE HEADED FOR THE 68 DEGREE WATER AND FOUND IT AT 21 MILES. WE ALMOST DIDN"T GET THE FOUR LINES IN BEFORE WE GOT ACTION GOING. IT WAS HOT AS YOU EVER SEEN IT FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS. THE FISH WERE HITTING PUTTING OUT THE BAITS. THEY HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THEM IN THE BOAT THOUGH. WE WENT THOUGH 26 BAITS AND GOT 8 FISH. THIS WAS A VERY BAD AVERAGE, NOT NEAR THE USUAL 60 TO 80% WE GET IN. WE HAD A COUPLE OF LINES BIT INTO ALSO. IT WAS A NICE DAY AND GOT NICE FISH SIZE WISE, BUT THE AVERAGE WAS NOT WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. BUT THERE IS NEXT TIME AND NEXT YEAR.
