I just purchased a Key West 196 Bay Reef and am putting a marine radio on the boat. I plan on using the boat for trolling out to max 15 miles. No T-Top on the boat yet but I will probably have one put on next year. How long of antenna do I need for this boat. FYI I am buying the Cobra - MR F55 Marine Radio. Thanks For any help.

Why don't you get Full Throttle Fabrication to put a T top on now and you will only have to mount your 8' antenna once.
