Cape Fear Anglers November Meeting
Will be at 7:00 pm on November 15 at:
Salt Water Marine
6130 Carolina Beach Road
Wilmington, NC
Scheduled guest speakers will be Art Bromwell from Cape Fear River Watch discussing the state of the Striped Bass restoration in the Cape Fear River, and the Striped Bass tournament in the Cape Fear River. Captain Jim Sabella from plan Nine Charters will give a presentation on fishing for Cape Fear stripers. Salt Water Marine will also have staff on hand to answer any motor or boat issues. Catering will by Bojangles Chicken. Anyone is welcome to attend. This will be our last meeting for 2011. We will start again on January 17, 2012 at Masonboro Yacht Club. Our Guest speaker will be Captain Dave Tilley of the Continental Shelf out of Morehead City and also creator and operator of Fryingpantower.com. Dave will be giving a demonstration on Bluewater Super Map. Please contact Barry Turano with any questions at B.turano1@charter.net

Great informative meeting with a great group of fishermen. Thanks to Arthur Brownell and Jim Sabella for their info on Striped Bass and to Lee Parsons for his input. Also thanks to Saltwater Marine for the use of their facilities. Remember that there is no meeting in December and our next meeting will be Jan. 17, 2012 with Dave Tilley as guest speaker. Don't miss that one.
