Someone called me and said they have changed the grey trout regulations and bag limits . Any truth to this?

This was taken today from the North Carolina Marine Fisheries website.
I think these regs and limits went into effect this past Oct. Or Nov.

Spotted Seatrout (Speckled) 14" TL 10/Day
Weakfish (Gray Trout) 12" TL 6/Day

Gray trout will be changing to 1 fish per person per day in either April or May

Thats what I heard.. Can't believe this.Do you know why? I quess pin fish will be the next sportfish with no regs. Anymore info on this?

this is absolute bull s*&t!!!!!!!!!!! when they show up i have no trouble catching 200-300 fish in a matter of a few hours with 3 people on the boat....... i dont understand at all
