Guys as I read these compliments then I read them to my wife Sandra, I will tell you it does a person good to see this Tourney turned out the way it did .
I can not express enough thanks to my wife & daughter , Hector & his brother ( I am not attempting spelling) , Bob, Captain Joe Hifko, Walter Bunn, our neighbors in the Campground at New River Marina . even though we were stepped on by the US Open & Mother nature and her so called Small Craft Advisory , we had fabulous near shore fishing . We had an awards & a meal that was second to no one's .
The Tourney is meeting with Steve Jones from the Salem Baptist Church this week to turn over the proceeds which is several hundred dollars & a big box of toys to help some familys provide a fantastic Christmas with some local Folks .
It took a lot of effort and time to put this event together but as far as I am concerned we made History and maybe a start to better King Mackerel Tourneys in the Carolinas
