I picked up an on board charger at bass pro this weekend. After reading the directions it has to have 8" of clearance on each side. I am putting it on a Kencraft 235. Any suggestions on where to mount it?

Thanks for any ideas.

My 215 with bracket has the charger inside the transom behind the drop down panel. If you have a transom mount motor, I have no idea. It could go in the console with the proper wire size and I have no idea what that would be but not too big since it is running lesser amps.

Does the 250 push it OK? Looking to move and saw a transom mount 235 with a 250 OX66.

I thought about putting it in the transom but I will have to move the battery switch or the fuel filter to have room.

The 250 does ok. but if I repowered the boat I would go with a 300.
