I picked up an on board charger at bass pro this weekend. After reading the directions it has to have 8" of clearance on each side. I am putting it on a Kencraft 235. Any suggestions on where to mount it?
Thanks for any ideas. _________________ 2003 Kencraft Challenger 235 DF300

My 215 with bracket has the charger inside the transom behind the drop down panel. If you have a transom mount motor, I have no idea. It could go in the console with the proper wire size and I have no idea what that would be but not too big since it is running lesser amps.
Does the 250 push it OK? Looking to move and saw a transom mount 235 with a 250 OX66. |

I thought about putting it in the transom but I will have to move the battery switch or the fuel filter to have room.
The 250 does ok. but if I repowered the boat I would go with a 300. _________________ 2003 Kencraft Challenger 235 DF300
