Well I must say I have been pretty bummed out with the fishing this Fall. The weather has taken a major role on our Offshore action it seems when it is decent weather the people does not want to go but when it blows a Gale we are supposed to be fishing. But when we have gone the fishing seems to be Ok with Wahoos & King Macks but the bite has been scattered about from one day to the next.If you want the nearshore King Macks that has not been a problem at all they have been around almost all the Rocks & Artifical Reefs. I must say my favorite part of the fishing season is just around the corner. To me there is nothing like playing Tug a War with a Giant Bluefin Tuna. We still have some weekend dates available for Chartering for those that are man or woman enough to tangle with beast. There is still some footage on my web site of a Tuna battle last year. www.secondtononecharter.com I can say there is one type of fishing we have been doing that is still hot & that is the Drum fishing. I had Chuck & my son Hunter on the boat Friday I think we caught close to 20 fish in a hour & a half most of the fish were above the slot limit at about 28-32 inches. Saturday morning had 2 men that was just absolutely wore out in 1 hour it was unbelievable the amount of fish that was caught with one being just shy of 40 inches. Keep in mind all of these fish were caught on 10-12 pound test light tackle which makes it a very fun battle. This is a good trip to do a father & son outing on because it is normaly pretty steady action & close to land. Maybe my next report will be a Bluefin report I am going to start looking this week for them. _________________ Capt. Shane

Yes we are during the commercial season we will take a max of 2 people at $200.00 each we kill a fish the boats keeps it & the charter is at no charge if we do not kill a fish it will be a reg. charter. On the rfd days we can also do them at the same price per person except we will need 6 people & we can kill a fish under 72 inches. BTW did Jay call you last night? _________________ Capt. Shane
