Is there actually an Ideal Chlorophyll Level?...Is the higher better??

Just like with Sea Surface Temps....It is not the temp....It is the change that matters. What youa re looking for is convergance zones when hunting fish.

Higher levels are also a sign of cloudy water (Grenn Water)...

LOw levels are a sign of "Blue" water
