Well 2 of us slugged it out on good ole Kure Pier yesterday.....and the results are:.....if EVERYTHING that was caught on the whole pier, was in one pile, there still wouldnt be enough to fish to fry for one..
We landed 1 pomp and 1 illegal cobia...SEVERAL MANSTER RAYS......saw up to 6- 4-7 footer patrolling the cleaning station, ALL DAY!
The kinger had NO BAIT bigger than a small pin-fish...
BUT the atmosphere was, as always WONDERFUL....Kure is still a fine place to spend time....EVERY CHANCE! |

Sounds fun either way!  I was at North End pier yesterday around noon or so. Saw a TON of bait running thru. Guy kingfishing tried netting some, saw him get a few (mullet). I was hoping them King rods would go off!
